Auditors

On 15 May 2025, the Annual General Meeting appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, as the auditors of the annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 financial year. PricewaterhouseCoopers acted for the sixth time as auditors of the annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements of Heidelberg Materials AG.

The auditor responsible for the consolidated financial statements is Thorsten Neumann. With the 2025 financial statements, Mr Neumann has supported the audit for the first time.
