The LUKOIL Neftohim Bourgas Vacuum Residue Hydrocracking Complex in Burgas, Bulgaria, aims to increase the efficiency of the refinery by applying state-of-the-art processes for deep refining, which will speed production of light fuels and improve the quality of fuel oil to European standards.
