Electra Tower (Israel)
Google Israel’s home in Tel Aviv’s 165-metre marvel
At 165 metres, Electra Tower is one of Israel’s highest skyscrapers. It is located on Yigal Allon Street in Tel Aviv and hosts offices of major companies, e.g. Google Israel. The tower comprises 45 stories, each floor having 1,450 square metres of space.
This innovatively designed building with a high-quality finish is characterised by structural frame elements and a glazed facade offering unique views of the tower from different perspectives. The concrete structure was carefully designed, involving pre-cast and cast-in-place slabs to meet the needs of the geometry. The exposed columns are extraordinarily slender and have extra reinforcement to reduce their diameter.
Construction of the building was completed in 2011.
